Short version. This website tells you what we do. The agreement for a shipment is made separately, in writing, and that agreement is what counts.
We publish this website and our brochures in English, Arabic and Urdu. We translate carefully and we want every version to say the same thing. If the versions ever disagree, the English version is the one that applies. If a translation looks wrong to you, tell us and we will correct it rather than argue about it.
Nothing published here is a binding offer to sell. Prices, availability, packing and shipping are confirmed for each order in writing before anything moves. If you have not received a written offer from us, you do not yet have a price from us.
Grade, size, carton weight, hand count and packing are agreed with you in writing before we ship. Where a figure published here differs from what we agreed with you, the written agreement is what applies. We keep that agreement so either side can check it later.
Every photograph on this site and in our brochures is from our own operation. Fruit is a natural product. A photograph shows the kind of quality we pack, not a guarantee of exactly what will arrive. What governs your order is the specification we agreed in writing.
We hold Importer-Exporter Code, GST, APEDA, FSSAI and Udyam registrations, all current and in our own name. The About page says what each one is, and how to ask for the certificates.
We will change the date at the top of this page. If a change matters to somebody we are already trading with, we will tell them directly rather than rely on them noticing.
